Quinoa Salad // vegan

INGREDIENTS
2 cups  quinoa cooked
1/3 cup cucumber, chopped 
1/3 C red pepper ,
1/3  Cgreen pepper , 
1/3 C cherry tomatoes 
1/3 cup black beans 
1/3 cup Balsamic vinaigrette salad dressing or home made 
3 tablespoons agave (vegan) or raw honey (not vegan)
Salt / pepper

Mix all of the ingredients and refrigerate until cold. Serve cold.

This is not my original recipe. My dad made it a few weeks ago, and I fell in love with it. So much so, that I immediately got his recipe and have made it twice already.
