DIRECTIONS

Put 4 C of the flour, yeast, sugar and salt into mixing bowl. Stir together.

Pour in hot water and oil, mix until combined- it will be sticky.

Add the remaining flour slowly until dough is no longer too sticky.

Mix with dough hook on median-high or knead by hand for 5 minutes until dough is elastic and smooth.

Cover dough in bowl with a damp tea towel and let rise until it double its size- about 30 mins.
Punch dough down and divided into two pieces.

INGREDIENTS

5 C ALL-PURPOSE FLOUR
2 TBSP YEAST
2 TBSP ORGANIC CANE SUGAR
1 TSP PINK HIMILAYAN SALT
2 C WARM-HOT WATER
1/4 C OIL (olive, sunflower, etc..)

TIPS:
This dough is a bit sticky, be sure to flour your hands and surface area, and you'll be fine.
Don't kill your yeast! Test water on wrist... it should be comfortably hot.
Rub hot breads with water and wrap in a tea towel to 'sweat' and soften the crust.

I have been making the vegan crazy dough bread... and I have to say... it is really good- but uses more ingredients.
This recipe is a lot simpler- and is beyond fluffy perfection! While the vegan crazy dough bread would be a perfect dinner bread,
this bread makes perfect every day bread.
